The first goal is critically prime: STOP the unlawful Bailouts!

The second goal is equally important: RESTORE valid elections!

The third goal is economic survival: FULL energy independence!

The forth goal is fixing the nonsense: Get TOUGH on all Spam!

The fifth goal is critically prime: STOP the Bailouts!

The sixth goal is critically prime: STOP the Bailouts!

The seventh goal is critically prime: STOP the Bailouts!

The first goal is critically prime: Strike down the Twelfth Amendment, since it fundamentally violates the social and legal contract formed between American Citizens (i.e., "We The People", "The Public Trust", etc.), via the Declaration of Independence and Federal Constitution, which legally established our servant Government, and setup the best plan for an always strong Nation in deciding the President every four years.. It was simple and elegant: From among all the various candidates running for President, the top two vote-getters automatically became President AND Vice-President, in order by the largest number of total votes, and there was NO regular election process for the Vice-President. So, this ALWAYS naturally resulted in a LARGE majority of all voters and Citizens ending up jointly supporting the brand new combined Administration, and our Nation automatically realigned, rehealed, and rejuvenated its strength and direction, every four years. But in 1804, Congress passed, and the States ratified, the Twelfth Amendment, which changed all of that into yet another legally-required process that NOBODY is following in modern times! That was the introduction of "running for the Vice Presidency" as a separate campaign and election, since the Twelfth Amendment requires a separate and "distinct" voting process - i.e., separate ballots, separate votes, separate counts, and etc. - for the Vice President.

Yes, that's right! NO matter which way you slice it - that is, striking down the Twelfth Amendment or not - the current 2008 "election" campaigns for President and Vice-President are flatly unconstitutional. According to the written requirements of law on either side of the legal issue, you still are supposed to end up with a choice of the combination for Prez and Vice-Prez. With Obama and McCain recognized as their parties' nominated candidates, and with the two major parties representing pretty much most of America's voters, it is a foregone conclusion under the original Constitutional process: either you have Obama as President and McCain as Vice-President, or you have McCain as President and Obama as Vice-President. And, if you go with the post-Twelfth written requirements, you get to vote for BOTH positions SEPARATELY, and you could have an Obama-Palin Administration, or a McCain-Biden Administration, or the normal Obama-Biden or McCain-Palin, or Obama-Castle, or Baldwin-Palin, or Barr-Biden, or... you get the idea. FREE CHOICE. Yep! No matter WHICH way you slice it, the current 2008 Presidential/Vice-Presidential election campaign is being done UNconstitutionally, and YOUR RIGHTS are being violated!

You see, according to the perfect design of the Constitution, as originally written and set down, there will be NO warring division of the People in the extreme, due to political parties' ever-increasing attacks and news spins on validity of facts and so forth, because ALL the People will know, already, as campaigns grow, that the top two favorites will end up working together, anyway... There was no REASON for any such division between our Nation, our People, and the major political parties... ever... and DIVISION in our People and our Nation, is very expensive!!!

Do you see that the constant DIVISION every four years in our Presidential Election process is KILLING us financially? Did you know the 2008 presidential campaigns have cost over $2.4 Billion of our Nation's wealth, just to decide something that, under the original Constitution, would have been decided long ago, WITHOUT all of the negative attacks and DIVISION amongst our People??

The second goal is equally important: STOP the Bailouts! Again, our America is critically in debt, at already over $10 Trillion. The FY2008 Federal Budget is $3 Trillion, and Congress just handed out what is initially some $700 Billion, but in reality will easily become double that in time.
